Lease/Tenancy Management
Ensures that the Landlord observes his contractual obligations with regard to payments of rates, land rent and all other aspects relating to local authorities, repairs, notice periods, rent reviews, maintenance of tenable premises in regard to common areas and building structure.
Letting and Management
Climax Rwanda Ltd works with a substantial number of clients including real estate developers, property companies, investors and locals. Our letting and Management portfolio includes residential apartment blocks, several single family homes and are also letting several properties, ranging from single family units to multifamily houses, apartments, estates as well as commercial buildings. We have thus gained an extensive track record in property letting and management, as well as wide ranging experience in the procedures, letting agreement handling, conflict resolution and all types of issues related to the letting out of properties in Rwanda.
Preventive Property Maintenance
Maintaining the property in a condition that will continuously satisfy the ever changing nature of user requirements e.g. advising on routine maintenance or refurbishment, changes in layout, complementary development with a general view of generating goodwill for the property.
